		<description>Great tip! I too have always used plastic wrap. It doesn&#039;t last very long. I&#039;ll be using freezer wrap next time. Thank you for sharing!! BTW, I LOVE your countertop! It looks like a beautiful marble or granite. I would be so hesitant to use it to pound meat on it, I would be afraid of chipping it or something. You are so brave!
